Q. How much is shipping? I don't see the prices anywhere?
A. When you purchase an item you will be able to select the shipping charge YOURSELF. Depending on how fast you would like your item delivered. We offer three different levels service. The check-out process will ask for your preferred method.
Q. I made a mistake! How do I change the address and an item on my order?
A. Everyone makes mistakes. If you entered the wrong address, or accidentally entered the wrong item you can visit our order management center and make the needed change. You can click here to go directly to the order change page.
Q. Will I receive tracking information or any confirmation when I place an order?
A. 10 seconds after you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email that has all the information for your order in it. We always recommend that you go over the email to make sure all your information is correct. If you did not receive a conformation email that means that you did not enter your email correctly in which case you need to contact us immediately to let us know. In the confirmation email will be a "Track Order" Button that you can click on at any time to see the status of your order, when it is shipped, if any items were not in stock, tracking numbers etc. We always recommend people check this before emailing us and asking us to track an order. Q. I signed up as a member but when I login the prices go higher. Why is this?
A. When you become a member you are eligible to receive discounts on the website based on how much you have ordered with us in the past. (for details see the membership program.) The discount is off of the regular price. If there is a sale on the website with a higher discount % than your membership discount %, then the price will actually increase. For example if there is a 10% sale on the website the price of something look like this (Only $US100.00 $US90.00). Now if you login and have a 6% discount it will change to this (Only $US100.00 $US94.00) because the membership discount is based off of the original regular price. When you purchase items on during a website-wide sale it still counts towards your points as a member to increase your discount.
Q. Can I get discounts if I buy a lot and become a regular customer?
A. Absolutely! We frequently send discount vouchers to our customers to thank them for their loyalty. You may also become a NAS member to save up to 10% on all your orders, as well as receive free shipping on all orders over $500! This can be used on ANY item on our website. Q. I found a price somewhere else on the internet lower than yours, will you match it?
A. No.... BUT we WILL BEAT IT! If you find the same item anywhere else on the net and point it out to us we will beat that price for you by 10% of the difference. By pointing that out for us it helps us be as competitive as we can. We appreciate that and as a thank-you will beat the advertised price by 10% of the difference!

Q. How do I return an item?
A. There are a couple different types of returns. All returns MUST have an RA Form included with it. If you are returning the item within 60 days for a refund it must be unused and in its original sealed package. When the item(s) are received we will then issue the credit. If you are returning a used item we will decide the appropriate amount to credit when we receive it based on how extensive the use is and its condition. We want you to be happy with your purchase - which is why we have our 60 day purchase satisfation guarantee.
