If you placed your order online, you would have received an order confirmation email with a link that says "Track order status".  

Click on this link to get the latest updates on your order. The page should look something like this:

 

If you did not receive this email or ordered by phone, or if you would simply like an updated status report on your order,

Be sure to include the following items if possible:

  • Full Name
  • Order #
  • Any specific questions/comments you may have about your order
  • Any changes you would like to make to your order (if applicable)

Someone will personally respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
