The term "National Archery Supply Inc" or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website. The term "you" refers to the user or viewer of our website.
The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:
1. PAYMENT
All orders must be prepaid. We accept MasterCard Visa, or Check. If you would like to send a check we will wait for the check to clear before we ship the merchandise. If you are using a credit card it will be processed before the item is shipped. We are happy with any size of order you make, there are NO service or handling fees for small orders, we appreciate your business. If an item is out of stock and on backorder we will provide a full refund if we cannot provide it within 90 days. Orders will be charged as normal at the time of placing the order for backordered items. If an order is cancelled earlier than 90 days we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee as the item may have been ordered specifically for the order.
2. MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If any items are missing from your order that are on your invoice first check the box and inspect for any holes etc. If the box is in good condition contact us immediately, we will rectify the situation. If your box is damaged in any way call your local post office on instructions on how to proceed with a claim. Keep all the shipping materials; you may need them for your claim. In no case wait any longer that 7 days to call them, you may lose any insurance on the shipment that you had.
3. WARRANTY
All warranty issues fall under individual manufactures policies. National Archery Supply Inc. does not warranty any items. We will help facilitate the process however any way we can. If you feel you have an item that requires warranty you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number. The item must then be sent to us with description included of what you feel to be wrong with the item, along with your return address. We will then process the item with the manufacturer necessary. Each Manufacturer operates under a different policy. Some will require the item to be sent to them for their evaluation. We do not guarantee the successful warranty of any item sent to us. We will not warranty any item ourselves. We do not offer a refund for defective merchandise.
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
A. National Archery Supply will gladly offer an exchange or credit note on most product sent back to National Archery Supply for return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 60 days of receipt by completing our return process, at that time we will issue a credit note. This is our 60 Day Guarantee. Certain products may not be returned for any reason. Please feel free to contact us for more information. National Archery Supply reserves the right to determine which items we wish to receive as a return. A return authorization form is required for any and all returns. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING WITHOUT AND RA FORM! RA form can be found here... All returns must also include a copy of the original invoice. Returns after 60 days will not be accepted. Any return without an RA form or original copy of an invoice will be charge a $25.00 administration fee. Clothing of any kind must be returned in an unused condition WITH THE TAGS STILL ON THE CLOTHING. Bowstrings and Custom Made Arrows are not acceptable for return. All original packaging, manual(s), blank warranty cards, and miscellaneous parts and accessories must be included. Any free or promo items we offered with an item must also be returned. Refund amount will be for the original purchase price of the item. Shipping, handling, and insurance are not refundable.
B. Open or used products returned will be subject to a higher restocking fee to be determined upon receipt by National Archery Supply. This restocking fee will vary depending on the condition of the returned merchandise. Merchandise that has been used extensively and shows signs of wear and tear will be subject to a 40-80% restocking fee. Use is defined as any attempt to install, fire, drawn back, wear, wash, use, oil, open, remove, damage, or otherwise manipulate.
C. National Archery Supply will gladly EXCHANGE anything it sells except what's not permitted for return for other merchandise purchased from National Archery Supply for NO RE-STOCKING FEE PROVIDED THE PRODUCT IS UN-USED OR UN-OPENED. Used or open products will still incur a re-stocking fee based on how much they were used. You are still responsible for the freight to and from National Archery Supply for the exchange.
D. Orders already confirmed with our vendors where product is en route and then are completely cancelled (whereby the order is 100% cancelled and nothing else is ordered in it's place) by the customer are subject to a 15% invoice processing fee for items not on hand to ship, and 25% for items on hand to ship.
E. Credit notes amounting to under $10.00 will automatically be added to a future purchase in any online purchase. We don't do refunds on anything under $10.00. The credit will be issued with have no expiry date and may be used at the customers discretion and at any time on any purchase.
F. Refunds for product not shipped at the request of a customer will be refunded as soon as possible. Refunds are processed every few days and and may take up to 7-10 days to appear back on your credit card.
G. We do not accept refunds on product where new product of the same kind has been replaced with a newer or more current version. This includes product replaced with a new year's product line.
H. Please verify all product functionality within five business days of receiving your items. If you verify product functionality after this timeframe, those products will valid for service only.
I. Cancellation requests must be done through our Order Management center only. We do not consider voicemail, or emails to the improper department to be cancellation requests. The only method considered to be a legitimate order cancellation request is through our Order Management Center.
5. CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders such as Scorpion Strings, Winners Choice strings, Vapor Trail strings, Custom fletched arrows etc can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the original order. Due to the fact that the nature of the order these items are often colors, lengths, etc that are made specific for an order and cannot be easily re-sold we cannot cancel the order past 24 hours.
6. PRICING
All prices, including shipping and handling, are subject to change without notice because of currency exchange from manufacturers and unknown price increases. We will make our best effort to notify you of the change if possible. Other instances may be from typographical errors on the webpage and will be corrected at the time of the order. If this happens you will be notified of the change before the item is shipped. All online orders will be charged shipping. Due to the fluctuating dollar prices on our website may vary from day to day. The price that an item is purchased at on a certain day is th price it is. Refunds or credits will not be issued if a purchase is made and the price changes days later. Certain Credit card companies may charge additional service fee's and National Archery Supply Inc is not responsible for these fees and will not be expected to refund them if your card provider charges such fees. Recipients of goods are responsible for all duties and taxes that may be applicable in their province, state or country.
7. SHIPPING
Free shipping for members is limited to the US Lower 48 States & Canadian Provinces. International shipments will be billed actual shipping cost. The amount shown for shipping includes both the Shipping & Handling fees. The Method used for all orders which receive free shipping will be standard post. Customers wishing to upgrade their shipping method will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Customers who chose UPS methods of shipping for International shipments will be responsible for all customs, duties and taxes applicable in their state, province, or country. Customers choosing to split shipments due to backordered items will be billed for the multiple shipments. International shipments via standard post do not do not necessarily include tracking information and depending on the country and customs can take as long as 3 months to be delivered. Customers wishing to have their order faster are encouraged to select Express Post or UPS as a Method of shipment.
